Silica Sand is a naturally occurring granular material composed mostly of SiO₂ (Silicon Dioxide).

Features include:

  • Inert
  • Color: Off-white/ Cream
  • Hardness: 7 mohs
  • Sphericity: 0.7 – 0.78
  • Melting Point: 1610ºC
  • Specific Gravity: 2.62 – 2.65
